We kept seeing the same story: good businesses held back by outdated technology, missed opportunities and decisions made without the right expertise in the room. We bring senior engineering to growing businesses and treat every project as if our own business were on the line.
Our roots are in traditional full-stack development: more than fifteen years of SQL databases, .NET back ends, web, desktop and mobile applications built for real businesses. We modernized one step at a time, through web frameworks and mobile, cloud and automated testing, and AI built into the products themselves, to the multi-agent engineering team we run today. That foundation is why our AI-assisted work is engineered, not just generated.
Bandera Pass is the historic gap through the Texas Hill Country that travelers and Texas Rangers rode through on their way to where they were going. That is the job: find the clear way through and get you there.
Why the multi-agent team matters
We run our own engineering platform: a coordinated team of AI coding agents from several leading model makers, plus local models, that plans, builds, reviews and tests around the clock. A senior engineer directs it and approves every change.
